Odile — Entre-Deux-Mers
The name
The house bears the name of Odile — a woman who lived in Entre-Deux-Mers, a wine region of Bordeaux, and a driving force in the region's development. She never did anything by halves. Her exacting standards are our brief: things done properly, without compromise.
Our ambition: to share wine's finest emotions in the most authentic way there is. We work directly with the women and men who grow it, we taste everything, and we only serve what we would dream of being served — no shortcuts, no artifice.
What we do
A sommelier comes to you — chalet or apartment — with a selection composed for your evening: the wines, the glassware, the pairings, the service. There is nothing for you to prepare, and we coordinate with your chef or butler.
A birth-year vintage, an unfindable cuvée, a bottle to mark a moment: we source it through our network of estates, merchants and auctions, and deliver it ready to serve.
Business dinners, private celebrations, chalet parties: we design the format, the selection and the service for groups beyond 10 guests, at the venue of your choice, in the resort or elsewhere.

The team
A wine enthusiast through and through, Corentin has spent years working alongside winegrowers across France's regions. A specialist in French wines, he composes every selection with a hunter's exacting eye — and the pleasure of sharing.
With a solid background in high-end hospitality, Thomas looks after every guest from the first message to the last glass. He orchestrates each evening with discreet rigour and a keen eye for detail, making sure every moment measures up.
